The SDK includes two types of tools.

  • a collection of client libraries that applications can use to interact with GCP services.
  • a set of command-line tools, including
    • gcloud: managing all services other than Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Kubernetes.
    • gsutil,
    • bq,
    • kubectl: Kubernetes
